1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1.2 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet our return conditions.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Items eligible for return must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
3.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that show signs of wear
- Items that have been washed
- Items with removed tags
- Customized products
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

4.2 Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if claiming defect or wrong item)
5. REFUNDS
5.1 Refund Timeline:
- If there is an issue with the product, we can offer a refund or a new delivery, depending on the case and proof provided.
- Once return is approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Bank/credit card processing may take additional 3-5 business days

6.1 We offer free exchanges for size differences (if item is still in stock).
