2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

2.2 Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and high-demand periods.

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days (not guaranteed). You will receive a tracking number after dispatch (see Section 4).

Shipping fee: a flat ₪40 when your order subtotal (before shipping) is below ₪500; free shipping on orders of ₪500 and above.

4.2 Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
